Are prices in NZD and do they include GST?
Yes. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. Your invoice shows the GST component.
How does shipping work?
Light goods ship by courier (free on light orders over $99 to North Island urban). Cabins and bulky items are quoted by freight before any charge. See our Delivery page.
How long do cabins take?
Cabins, sleepouts and pods are typically 4-10 weeks as they ship by sea freight. We confirm lead time and a delivered price on your freight quote before you pay.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Approved builders and contractors get wholesale pricing and 30-day terms. Apply for a trade account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment via Stripe at checkout. Trade accounts can be invoiced on 30-day terms once approved.
Are your products compliant for New Zealand?
Designated building products (roofing, structural fixings, insulation, cladding, building wrap) carry a BPIR information statement, and we only make claims we can substantiate. Structural framing timber must be sourced to NZ H-grade treatment locally. We supply decorative and engineered timber only.
Can I get a quote before I order?
Absolutely. Use the quote form on the homepage, the contact page, or the live chat for product, sizing and freight questions.
What is your returns policy?
Unused resaleable stock can be returned within 14 days; custom or made-to-order items (including cabins) are non-refundable once in production. Full details on the Delivery & Returns page.
