Light goods ship by courier. Cabins and heavy or bulky orders ship by freight with a quote confirmed before any charge.
Courier (light goods)
Fixings, tools, flashings, mouldings and similar ship by courier. Free on light orders over $99 to North Island urban; otherwise a flat rate is calculated at checkout by region.

Freight quote (cabins & bulky goods)
Cabins, roofing sheets, flooring and other heavy items are quoted per delivery. Place your order and we email a freight price within 1 business day. No charge is taken until you approve it. Rural and South Island deliveries are priced individually.
Lead times
- • In-stock fixings, tools and accessories: 2-5 working days.
- • Roofing, flooring and timber: 5-10 working days.
- • Cabins, sleepouts and pods: typically 4-10 weeks (sea freight). We confirm timing on your quote.
Returns
Unused, resaleable stock items can be returned within 14 days (return freight at buyer's cost). Made-to-order and custom items (including cabins) are non-refundable once in production. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us and we will make it right.
